    Call, email or visit the store to let us know about your exchange or return.

  2. Return options

  • In-store: You can return or exchange your item directly at our store.

  • By mail: Ship the item back using a tracked or certified shipment.

    Customers are responsible for return shipping.


Exchange Conditions

  • Merchandise may be exchanged within 14 days of delivery. No exceptions.

  • Exchanges must be for items of equal or lesser value.

  • If you choose an item of higher value, you must pay the difference at the time of exchange.

  • Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging.


Return Conditions

  • Refunds will be issued only to the original payment method used for purchase.

  • Items must be returned unused and in the original packaging.

  • Shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility.


Important Notes

  • Certain products may be final sale — check the product description.

  • Please try on shoes on carpet — marked soles or footprints will not be accepted.

  • Items made to order, including custom designs or exotic leathers, are not eligible for return.


Defective Items or Incomplete Orders

  • Report defective or incomplete items within 48 hours of delivery.

  • We will work with you to resolve any issues promptly.
